Our mission is to move car culture forward through unforgettable events, high performance, innovative fueling, and social media.
In 2023, we are embarking on the first full year of scaling in preparation for mass deployment. In this critical first year, we are focused on sales growth and driving an increase in cash flow. Revnation, as well as our network, is performing with unrelenting focus throughout the year to ensure that our customers are the primary focus. Our goal is to significantly improve execution across our base business while building competitive advantages in areas such as rapid delivery of products and simplifying the online ordering process for both Do-It-Yourself customers (DIY) and professionals.
Revnation provides a wide range of automotive products, including a full line of performance parts crafted with lightweight carbon fiber technology, as well as race fuels with responsive ignition time and heat propagation.

Dominique is a certified and skilled professional. He began his professional path in 2000 working in Information Technology as a Systems Administrator. After nine (9) years on the front lines of Information Technology, Dominique earned his respective credentials to become a Systems Analyst for The Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington DC in 2009. He maintained his role as an Information Systems Analyst for five years before advancing his career to support Cisco Networks, where he designed, configured, and monitored data centers. Dominique’s unique set of analytical, organizational, and technical skills has made him a leader in his professional life, and this led to his Senior level position with the United States Department of Labor where he maintained his role as a Senior Network Engineer for over six years before dedicating his talents to RevNation RevItUp Inc. in 2017.
Dominique is the founder and CEO of RevNation RevItUp Inc. where he oversees the daily operations to promote RevNation RevItUp Inc. and take it to the next level of success.

- After you review the offering statement and information and decide you’d like to invest and how much, you complete the application with the requested information and electronically sign the documentation.
- Mundial Financial Group, the Broker Dealer, reviews the information for Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer type reviews
- If you pass the review, Mundial Financial Group initiates the funds via ACH or Credit Card (or you send the wire or check if applicable)
- If you don’t pass the review, Mundial Financial Group or the Issuer will reach out to you to update information to clear you for the reviews or otherwise
- Once the funds have been cleared by the escrow agent (funds go directly there), Mundial Financial Group will match your funds with your cleared application for investment, and issue you the stock by validating the subscription agreement and notifying the Transfer Agent to record your ownership on the Issuers capitalization table.
- If we bump up against any “hits” on our reviews, we are required to clear each one of those potential conflicts to evidence there are no issues.
- If the information provided is not correct or is incomplete, we will need to reach out and get this corrected.
- Even though funds are initiated or you see them pending in your funding source, this does not mean they are in the escrow account for the offering. Based on the payment rails available in the US, these funds may not appear in escrow for 1-2 days and then they have to sit there for a few days until the escrow agent is satisfied there doesn’t appear to be any issues
- Matching of payments to approved applications happens in batches, so while all ready to be closed, your application maybe in the next batch.
